Mike Parnell, CEO & Founder of ITI, started the company with his wife Darlene Parnell in 1986.  The Parnells have grown the company from two people and a couple of courses to over a dozen full-time instructors, 15 business professionals, training centers in Washington State and Tennessee, and companies in the USA, Canada, with plans for Brazil and Singapore.
